Delivery Policy

Tangible Goods

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, a method of delivery and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

Processing Time

Processing or fulfillment time refers to the time it takes to confirm your payment and prepare your item(s) for delivery. It can take several hours to 5 or 7 business days, depending on our suppliers, country of origin and other factors. Every product specifies processing times. It is important to note that processing time will be added to the duration of shipment time. Again, in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments because they are packaged differently) with different processing and delivery times. Shipping prices are cumulative.

Delivery Timeframe

We typically ship from China, the USA, EU, or Mexico. When shipping from China, estimated delivery times may vary anywhere from 2 to 5 weeks. When shipping from the USA estimated delivery times vary from 3 days to 2 weeks. In either case, the estimated delivery time is specified on each product page. If the customer buys 2 or more different items from the store, it is very likely that they will be shipped separately, depending on the location of such items in our different warehouses, and other factors detailed in the previous paragraph. Orders shipping with the overnight, express, and standard methods will always have tracking available. But note that this may result in higher shipping prices offered at the checkout. Meanwhile, orders shipped out with the economy, no rush, or flat rate method may not have tracking available. Another thing to keep in mind is that not all methods will always show up for all orders - for example, overnight shipping is only available for orders going to an address in the US. Similarly, express or standard shipping may not be available for all destinations. Only the methods available for the particular address will show up at the checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order: customersupport@kadanceshop.com

Downloadable Goods

Upon receipt of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased. If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased. In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.
